Project Experience
1755 Eastshore Boulevard Project, City of El Cerrito, CA
Contract planner for review of a 635-unit, mixed-use residential and retail development project near the El Cerrito del Norte BART station, submitted to the City for streamlined processing pursuant to Senate Bill 330. The project proposes to designate 30 percent of the housing units for low-income households and involves an affordable housing density bonus request. The infill development project is located on a key underutilized property within the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan area and is identified as an opportunity site under the City’s Housing Element site inventory.
The Olivia on Marsh Creek Project, City of Clayton, CA
Manage the review and processing of entitlements for a proposed 81-unit senior residential development involving a request for an affordable housing density bonus. The project is located on an opportunity site identified in the City’s Housing Element.
City Ventures New Townhomes Project, Town of Moraga, CA
Project planner for complex and controversial 36-unit infill residential development project. Reviewed and processed land use entitlements and subdivision map through the Planned Development process.
Park Renovations and Capital Improvement Projects, City and County of San Francisco, Recreation and Park Department
Oversaw land use planning and local regulatory approvals for park improvement projects to be funded through a voter-approved parks bond measure and/or development impact fees. Tasks included land use planning and conceptual design; gathering input from community members and park maintenance and operations staff; procuring environmental site assessments, cost estimates, and other studies as needed; and securing Planning Department approvals for projects (historic preservation review, environmental review pursuant to CEQA, etc.)
